The fall in the bathroom was the last straw! Time to start setting mini goals for myself if I want to continue to live a strong and healthy life. Who's going to join me?
You only need to hold a stretch for about 30 seconds to make a difference. That's a total of only 90 minutes in 300 days! Simple, right?

Hobbled around for most of the day. Today's stretch was so hard because my hips are super inflammed, but I was gentle and got through it.
