FAQ - Single-color LED and Supermorph Hoops
Two CR2 (camera) batteries power our LED hoop. One set of batteries will power
your single-colored LED hoop for about 6 months of moderate use.
Replacement batteries cost about $9 for two at your local store and are replaced
within minutes by performing minor surgery on your hoop. Buy rechargeable
CR2s for a more economical and earth-conscious option.  When your hoop is
shipped, we will send you detailed photo instructions on changing the batteries
in your LED hoop.

Your battery pack has come loose.  Open your hoop following the instructions for
changing your battery and tighten the connection.
Chrome Tape tends to obscure the light of these hoops, so we offer a Vinyl Spiral
or Gaffer's Snake wrap for adding grip and color to your LED hoop.
