Our LED Hoop Guarantee

The real advantage to this hoop is that it is super SIMPLY constructed. Not only does
this save us all money, our intention was to nearly eliminate malfunctioning by cutting
down on the parts that could suffer wear and tear. Although refunds are not within our
policy, we offer a generous warranty on every hoop we sell.

   If any unforeseen internal electrical problem occurs for UP TO A YEAR,
   send it back to us ($20 S/H fee in the U.S.) and we will repair
   the internal workings for free.

We tested our prototype for 6 months of heavy use (and minor abuse), at which point it
was just time to change the batteries. So, whatever goes wrong, we'll be around to
walk you through it -- even changing the batteries (which are, by the way, 2 CR2s
safely housed near the connector).

We test each LED SuperHoop thoroughly before sending it out USPS Priority Mail and
insure the packaged hoop for the price of the hoop just in case the postal carrier
goes, well, postal.

   That said, you'll want to care for it like you would any other item

Clearly, these hoops are more a labor of love than profit. We just want to get the hoop
WE yearned for ourselves into the hands of other hoopers. We'll do whatever we can
to make that happen -- we want you to be happy with your hoop!
