We want you to be happy with your hoop! Although refunds on our custom-made hoops are not within our
policy, we provide a generous warranty on every hoop we sell because we stand behind every hoop we sell
with the one-year warranty we pioneered. Since 2002.
The real advantage to LED Superhoops is that they are super SIMPLY constructed. Not only does this save
us all money, our intention is to nearly eliminate malfunctioning by cutting down on the parts that could
suffer wear and tear.
*Self-repair of your hoop will void your warranty. Failure to notify us or follow shipping instructions may
delay your repair.

- If any unforeseen internal electrical problem occurs for UP TO A YEAR,
- send it back to us (shipping and handling fees apply) and we will repair the internal workings for free.
- If we update our design, we will let you know through our mailing list or FB page
- and adjust your hoop for UP TO A YEAR after purchase for a minimal fee.
Due to the complicated nature of the SuperWickit LED/Fire combo hoop, updates may incur a larger fee than
standard LED hoops.

price of the hoop just in case thepostal

How to Ship Your Hoop:
Recent changes at the United States Postal Service are making it more and more difficult to ship hoops
fully assembled. Please coil down your hoop to less than 30" diameter for shipping. If possible, use the
box in which your hoop first arrived. A box will be necessary to ship through FedEx (which we strongly
recommend). You will get the best price if your package is 30 X 30 X 5 or smaller. Should you have any
questions or require assistance, we are available during business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST) seven
days a week at 404-625-7164. We're here to help!
