CUSTOM-SIZED HOOPS
When ordering your hoop online, you will be asked to specify the hoop size you prefer -- from 36" to 42" OD.  If you would like us to make a
hoop smaller than 36" or larger than 42," just contact us with your request. Sizes larger than 44" may carry an additional fee.
LED/FIRE HOOPS
LED hoop. To get the most out of your LED hoop as you progress in your hooping, choose the fastest, lightest size you enjoy.

LED/Fire hoops. Your wicks extend 8 inches from the outside of your hoop. The additional weight and different feel of a fire hoop will require
some slight adjustment, so we recommend an LED/fire hoop that is at least 2" smaller in diameter than your day hoop.
Choosing Your Hoop Size
Our standard sized 42" hoop fits most beginners. The larger the hoop, the more slowly it orbits
around your body. If you already have a hoop that suits you well, measure its circumference
on the outside of the tubing (see right).
Choosing Your Tubing
We now offer two types of HDPE tubing for SuperGrip day hoops
and all LED hoops.

The lighter, slimmer tubing (5/8" ID, 105psi  HDPE for LED
hoops) is ideal for seasoned or younger hoopers -- you'll get
increased speed and versatility.

The heavier, larger tubing (3/4" ID, 160psi HDPE for day and
LED hoops) is ideal for beginning hoopers -- the weight will
provide you with more awareness of your hoop on your body,
and will give more time to execute the new moves you're learning.

Polypro tubing is 3/4" OD, 5/8" ID.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE
SIZE OF MY FAVORITE HOOP?
Measuring the circumference of
your hoop is really the only
accurate way to get its diamater.

Using a soft tape measure, start at
the connector and measure all the
way around.

Then, use a circumference
calculator like this one to get the
(outer) diameter, or just send us
the circumference measurement for
a perfect match!
