Terms & Conditions -- Caring for your LED hoop

Here are some basic things to know about your LED hoop purchase!

We offer a generous one-year
warranty on the internal workings of our LED hoops.
In addition, if external damage occurs due to customer use, we are happy to repair
your hoop for a minimal fee.

Here are some examples of external damage and how to avoid it:

  • Switch Damage   Your switch is made of plastic and may sustain damage if it
takes a direct and hard hit at the right angle. We  recommend using a non-lighted
hoop when learning new tricks or practicing less-familiar ones. Hitting your hoop
against hard objects, like a table or a wall, increases the risk of switch damage -
be sure you have ample room to boogie!  As with all hoops, avoid concrete.
  • Jammed Switch   Before we ship your hoop, we test your switch by turning it on/off
20-30 times.  Apply direct, even, vertical pressure to your switch when turning your
hoop on and off.  Never force your switch or use excess pressure.
  • Warped Tubing   Your hoop is made of plastic tubing and should be kept out of
extreme heat and direct sunlight. In wet or humid weather, a climate controlled
storage space will protect your hoop from internal condensation.  If the insides of
your hoop do get wet, open it up using the instructions for changing your batteries
and blow dry on low until no longer damp.

Superhoops use a simple and sturdy design, but they are NOT invincible.  Your hoop
will provide years of fun when given proper care. Think twice about lending your LED
hoop to inexperienced or intoxicated friends. As our mommas told us, 'you don't play
frisbee with grandma's china!'

If your hoop requires repair, follow
these packaging and shipping instructions and we
will get it back in your hands as soon as possible!
 How to know when to
change your batteries

  • The brightness of your LEDs
    begins to fade.

  • For SuperMorphs/SuperStars:
    The hoop glows RED more
    than any other color. Because
RED is the color that requires
the least power, it will show up
    more often when your batteries
    are low.

  • If your hoop does not power
up at all, please attempt a
    battery change before sending
    it in for repair.
